Are you a polished training professional with a strong aptitude for Web-based applications?  Do you have online and face-to-face presentation experience?

 

LRP Publications, Inc. is a leading provider of multimedia services and a variety of resources that offer legal and regulatory compliance solutions to government agencies, educational institutions and other industries.  We are looking for a Product Implementation and Support Representative to provide implementation training and help desk support of our Web-based legal resources and eLearning sites. 

Responsibilities

  • Work with customers to develop roll-out and implementation plans
  • Provide help desk support and customer research assistance for a variety of Web-based applications
  • Develop and maintain telephone and email customer relations
  • Adapt customer support strategies for users with varying levels of computer literacy
  • Follow up and resolve customer support issues via telephone and email
  • Manage and update an extensive database documenting activities and customer contacts

Position Requirements

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office
  • Aptitude for using, training and trouble-shooting Web-based applications
  • Ability to quickly learn new software concepts
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing 
  • Ability to work comfortably in a team environment to achieve common goals
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel out of state and overnight up to 25%
  • High school diploma or GED

Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous help desk experience
  • 4-year degree preferred, but not necessary
