LRP Publications, Inc. is a leading provider of multimedia services and a variety of resources that offer legal and regulatory compliance solutions to government agencies, educational institutions and other industries.  We are looking for a Product Implementation Trainer to provide implementation training and support of our Web-based resources and eLearning sites. 


  • Provide product training to customers across varying formats – including live classroom, one-to-one phone and group phone.
  • Provide product support and customer research assistance for a variety of Web-based resources.
  • Follow up and resolve customer support issues via telephone and email.

Position Requirements

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office
  • Ability to quickly learn new software concepts
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing 
  • Ability to work comfortably in a team environment to achieve common goals
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel out of state and overnight up to 25%
  • High school diploma or GED

Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous training experience
  • 4-year degree preferred, but not necessary
