Our production team is looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven candidate for our Document Specialist / Data Processor position. As a Document Specialist / Data Processor, you will format legal cases within a database and duplicate documents using Microsoft Word for posting to corporate websites following established deadlines and schedules.

 

This position may accommodate a candidate who is looking for full-time or part-time employment with minimum of 30 hours worked per week.

Responsibilities

  • Review and reformat documents for print publication (legal case reporters and newsletters) on computer using proprietary software.
  • Enter necessary codes for formatting purposes.
  • Navigate through database.
  • Duplicate documents in Microsoft Word for posting to various corporate websites.

Position Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Type 30 wpm or more

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience meeting deadlines
  • Prior experience working with proprietary software
  • Prior experience working in a database
  • Ability to work within a team-oriented department
