If so, LRP Publications, a division of LRP Media Group, is looking for an extremely bright, analytical and professional Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-growing team.

    The Marketing Coordinator will receive complete and individualized hands-on training from our Marketing Directors and Managers within each area of our marketing process. We take the time to develop and train the individual to handle any task and take initiative on any campaign.


    This is NOT a sales or advertising position.


    As a Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for executing various direct mail and e-mail campaigns and independently analyzing prospect and customer data. In addition, you will prepare routine reports and correspondence, and administratively aid in the collection and presentation of data. *This position is heavy in analysis and reporting, with a good deal of excel spreadsheet and project management work.

    • Facilitate marketing campaigns ensuring timely and quality implementation of all related tasks
    • Utilize proprietary, in-house systems to maintain and prepare mailing lists for direct mails and emails
    • Generate reports with order information and transfer data into marketing analyses
    • Maintain spreadsheets and perform cost analysis of marketing efforts
    • Update analyses to track the performance and ROI of marketing efforts
    • Manage and maintain product data within company systems and on company websites
    • Assist in the copywriting and editing of marketing materials
    • Conduct market research to assist in the development and execution of marketing plan objectives
    • Interact and correspond with members of the graphics, sales, customer service, meeting planning and editorial teams

    Position Requirements

    • 4-year bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications and/or related business field
    • Minimum 1 year of paid work experience in a professional environment
    • Strong to expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), particularly Excel
    • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent organizational, time and project management skills
    • Comfortable multi-tasking and eager to take on new projects
    • Ability to meet multiple deadlines with minimal supervision
    • Ability to attend 2-3 out-of-state conferences annually
    • Must reside within 30 miles of Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Experience using Microsoft Access a plus, but not required
    • Experience using HubSpot a plus, but not required
