    LRP is looking for a sales coordinator to handle the administrative tasks associated with renewal contacts, assist customers with renewal issues, provide proposals and invoices and assist the sales team in processing new subscriptions.

    Responsibilities

    • Utilize our records management systems to maintain and update customer records.
    • Act as the primary contact for customers who have questions regarding their subscription account.
    • Perform some general office management and marketing related tasks.
    • Build relationships with customers throughout the renewal process, gather information and field issues to other staff to obtain solutions for positive outcomes.

    Position Requirements

      • 2+ years’ experience with demonstrated success in a customer service, account management or inside sales role
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
      • Must reside within 30 miles of Horsham, Pa., office location. No travel is required.
