  • Overview

    LRP’s Education division is looking for an Administrative Assistant for Educational Division.  This new position is to assist in the circulation of our education magazines and electronic products. The successful candidate will have demonstrated ability to organize information, handle multiple tasks, have basic computer skills, have excellent judgement, communication and customer service skills. 

    Responsibilities

    • Maintains and updates a database with key players for circulation of our products
    • Constantly find ways to get contact information for those key players and requalify the existing records.
    • Interfaces with Education Division, as well as various external school districts and Universities.

     

    Position Requirements

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word and Adobe Acrobat
    • Experience managing and meeting deadlines
    • Must reside within 30 miles of Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.

    • Possesses proven persistence and shows a sense of urgency in getting results
